"Excellent stay - The condo was clean, we had plenty of towels provided along with beach chairs, a couple boogieboards and there was also a fold out beach shelter. While the furnishings aren't the newest, they are comfotable and do the job. The beach itself is great, with few shells, no rocks and plenty of waves. Across the street is a small shopping center with a great ice cream shop and a couple of restaurants. Most restaurants and shops are under a 10 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again."

"Would stay again! - Prior to our stay we communication with the property owner who was approachable and replied in a timely fashion. Deb was fair and accommodating. Property was clean and comfortable, and everything was in working order. Had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean and is in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Colony Beach Club is a quaint well kept community. Guests needs vary and we made a couple suggestions to the owner for future visits. Deb was receptive to our suggestions! We look forward to staying here again in the future. WiFi worked well and covered parking was right in front of the condo whIch was really convenient. Thank you for having us as guests!"

"Best little spot in NSB. - Easy Breezy condo in NSB. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, over looks the pool and the ocean. The beach is amazing. We rented bikes and rode to the Jettie and back. Lots of cute little places to eat. The pool is perfect for those afternoon dips. We will be back."

"Perfection ! - This condo is delightful. Best location in NSB. My family had such a relaxing time. The beach is hands down the nicest beach we have seen in ages . We walked for miles and miles on the white sand . The waves were just enough to boogie board in. We will be back next year!"

"Charming beach get-a-way - Charming condo that has everything you need, including the view! The location is perfect, far enough away from cars on the beach, yet only a bike ride to the shops and restaurants in Flagler. Just enough updates to the interior to keep it's Florida condo charm, with everything you need for cooking and wifi/cable for the rainy days. The balcony and pool is perfect for the chillier December beach days."

"A little beach gem - Our family had an amazing time with our second time visiting:) Love the beach charm this condo has to offer. It is so nice that we only needed to bring our clothes and everything is already there when we arrived with linens and kitchenware. Very nice that stores are so close to pick up groceries as we needed them. The kids loved the pool and the beach side which is so close going back and forth throughout the day with younger children. Having the laundry facility downstairs below was so convenient and fast with having a family of five (we go through laundry like crazy;). We also got to explore the downtown area and found pizza at Flagler Avenue Pizza Company. There is so much to do within a 20 minute drive if you want to venture off to other areas. We found the Hanksters Hot Rods of Daytona this time for our little guy who loves cars. Looking forward to coming back again soon!!!"

"Great family beach get away! - The description provided was as described so that was nice upon arrival. Great family spot on the beach (perk: non driving part of beach so safe for our kids). Complex had two pools with plenty of nice people around. We also used the Grill right below the our second floor condo almost every night which had tables all over and by the pool too. Everything was clean and well kept, other than our kids 😉 ...
Owner was very quick to respond and helpful providing ideas for surrounding places we might enjoy visiting and eating at.
We have already recommended this Condo to some of our out of state friends as well. Cant beat the price, location and views here and it seems much nicer to be in a smaller 2 story complex than the huge high rises we normally stay in.
We were a short walk down the beach to Chases (beach restaurant on the water), JB's fish camp down the way and a short 5min drive down A1A to get to the whole Flagler ave area for shopping.
Hope this helps make some decisions... Always tough on site unseens, but this condo is on point!"

"Great condo, we'll be back! - We had a great week long family vacation in this condo. Sadly, the week we were there was the week of the polar vortex in the first week of 2018. We had beautiful weather for our first two days, and then highs in the 40s and 50s after that. Still, the pool is warm enough that we could run out and get a nice swim in, even in 50 degree weather haha!
One bonus of the cold weather was that manatees were crowding into the springs. We made the short drive to Blue Spring State Park and saw hundreds of manatees lounging in the warmer water of the springs!
My wife and I both work remotely and needed to keep in touch with work while we were away. The internet in this condo is fantastic, the best we've ever had on vacation. The WiFi was strong throughout the condo and even "ok" down by the pool.
The unit, like the rest of the facility, is older but well maintained. We were impressed by how clean everything was. The grounds were meticulously maintained. Even the BBQ down by the pool was very clean and ready for our use.
Deb and the rest of the staff were quite easy to work with and extremely responsive while we were booking our stay. We've been home a couple of weeks and have already received our security deposit refund. I couldn't be happier with their prompt and friendly service.
In short, we had a great vacation and we'll be back again next time we're in the New Smyrna Beach area - hopefully the weather will cooperate next time! 😀

"Fantastic get away! - Our family vacationed at this wonderful home-away-from-home gem for a quick get away. My kids LOVED the beach and were not ready to go home after being there for three days. Was great that there were already toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, ect. making packing that much easier. This condo had everything we needed. At night we walked the beachside looking for crabs with our flashlights. Hope to go again soon to enjoy it all over again making more memories!"

"Location, Location, Location !!! - We had the most delightful week at Colony Beach Club. This unit was perfection for my family. We adored the beach so much, especially since it's a non-driving beach , it was beyond magical. We set up our umbrellas, read many books, relaxed , swam, jumped into the pool, walked, jogged, and had cocktail's while enjoying the ocean breeze. Everyone at CBC was so friendly around the complex, and we plan on coming back same time next year. Lots of cool places to eat around the area . Thanks"

"Amazing views, clean, friendly - This was our first time vacationing in Florida... we choose New Smyrna Beach after talking with family who have visited NSB before. although there isn't much to do in NSB we definitely made the best of our family time, from ocean and beach days, to enjoying the pool right outside our balcony, even family game nights round the dinner table! We choose to drive to Daytona as well to enjoy some activities such as water tubing, dine and cruise, full moon boat tour, water park and of course the shoppes. Not much of a boardwalk though! Our rental condo was perfect for our family! 2 bedrooms 2 full baths and a pull out sleeper sofa made housing 6 ppl comfortable... the biggest down fall was the insects for us (no not in the condo) just in general. You will definitely want bug spray everywhere you go and cortisone cream as well."

"Nice place to spend a week..... - Great views and a super beach. My family had not been to New Smyrna Beach before and we had the time of our lives. The beach is so wide and no cars are allowed so the kids could play without us worrying about them. We enjoyed the local restaurants and Flagler Avenue shopping and all the people were so friendly. We felt we had a great deal for the condo which offered a very comfortable and peaceful environment to vacation in. We look forward to returning next year. Thanks!"

"My Own Slice of Paradise! - My family and I had such a wonderful vacation staying at this condo in New Smyrna Beach. At first I didn't want to write a review so I could selfishly hoard this place to myself but after securing the same week for next year I felt compelled to let others in on this little known gem.
The condo itself can't be beaten for the price. My wife and I loved the master bedroom, which looks like it was just renovated. It has a great beach theme and we could even see the ocean from the bedroom! Most importantly, the sleep we got on the supremely comfortable king size mattress while hearing waves crash on the beach was some of the most regenerative sleep I've had in a long time. Relaxation was a consistent theme for our trip and it did not disappoint.
The views from the condo are incredible. Being able to wake up, make a cup of coffee and sit on the balcony while watching the ocean is something that everyone deserves. It's unfortunate we only get to do it one week a year, but we definitely made it count.
As much as we relaxed we also had an endless supply of entertainment. There is obviously the beach to enjoy, and the condo comes with all the gear you need to enjoy it properly (i.e. Chairs, boogie boards, etc.) but there are also bike rentals, paddle board rentals, great family restaurants, a fun downtown area and so much more. I recommend going to J.B.'s Fish Camp, it's a great family restaurant with a fun atmosphere serving the best seafood around. You can sit outside and listen to live music while watching manatees swim in the inter coastal.
Overall, this is an amazing place. Do yourself a favor and come stay for a week, it's one of the best decisions we ever made. Enjoy!"

"A wonderful week at the beach! - What a perfect week. The property is so well maintained, relaxing and comfortable. We could not have asked for more. The condo was just right for us. We so enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view of the ocean. It was close to the pool and only a few steps more to the beach. I love this location on New Smyrna because there is no traffic on the beach. It makes it much more peaceful and enjoyable. The condo is also very close to restaurants, grocery stores and Main Street. We cannot wait to go again this year!"

"~ NSB ~ Yoga ~ Namaste ~ Detox ~ Zen Perfect ~ - One Word will describe it all . Peaceful . A few girlfriends and I wanted to "get away" from Orlando for a week to detox from "life". We wanted to eat healthy (we brought our juicer), practice early morning (sunrise) yoga, take LONG walks on the beach(10 miles of beach), and just get grounded again. We enjoyed this condo so much and the relaxed nature of Colony Beach Club that we rebooked it for same time next year! It's not a fancy place, just super clean, and comfortable. The price is such a deal, we honestly didn't want to share it with anyone else. Ha Ha Ha. But, we didn't want to be selfish. Master Bedroom is very roomy, the Second Bedroom has two Twin Beds. If you need to reboot from life, this spot is the perfect place. Easy breezy. Namaste . "

"Great place to stay! - My family had a great time in New Smyrna Beach. We have been going to this condo for years and the view and convenience is hard to beat at this price. It is a quiet condo complex with very friendly people and we like that. Accommodations are comfortable and there is a new TV that is nice. "Beautiful spot right on the beach! - Did a girls weekend for my birthday and had a wonderful time. This location is one of the best on the beach. Perfect size for our group and has all of the comforts of home. So much to do here and great places to eat, but we really didn't need to leave the condo because the best part was right in front of us - sand and surf! We will definitely be back!"
