If you prefer R&R to the sound of crashing waves, head out to the second-floor balcony. This space is the perfect happy hour spot as it is furnished with a dining set for two. Sip frozen margaritas to a view of the complex grounds, pool, and ocean on the right. When you're ready for the beach, you'll find the onsite beach access just a brief walk away.

Colony Beach Club is close to local restaurants and bars; however, you'll still love the occasional evening spent cooking in the condo. The kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel and white appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, and all the essentials you need. When you're ready to eat, you can dine at the table for four.

At the end of each beach-filled day, you'll be ready for a good night's rest. The bedroom has a cozy queen bed, and the dining area holds a queen murphy bed. Guests can use the nearby bathroom which has a standard bathtub and plenty of linens.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is WiFi, cable, a Keurig coffee maker, a queen murphy bed, a full-size washer/dryer, and 1 designated parking spot.
