Established in 1973, this two-story condominium complex has provided both residents and guests with relaxing seaside stays for years. Its 102 properties are composed of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units that all have open layouts, updated kitchens, peaceful bedrooms, and balconies with fabulous views.

The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach:

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Relaxing peaceful week. Perfect location!! We were just a few steps from the pool and my favorite part was I could enjoy the pool while still seeing and hearing the ocean. Love the patio over looking the ocean. No need to get sandy but could enjoy the ocean. I would recommend a table with umbrella be added to that area and more rocking chairs!!
Weather was perfect and crowd was non-existence. We will be back.

It's a small space, but it's all you need if you are traveling alone or as a pair. Galley kitchen, comfy living area, steps from the pool, easy access to the unit and easy parking (no gates or codes to park).

Colony Beach is a smaller, older condo at NSB. There are two buildings, both two stories, both surrounding courtyards with pools. Every unit has an external entry -- there are no elevators. Our unit (109) was clean, tidy, and exactly what it claimed to be. Galley kitchen, comfy living area, ample closet space, steps to the pool. I've been coming to NSB for 40+ years (we live in Orlando) and this was one of the few places we had never rented. I would come back, especially for a quick trip, as this was. Would not recommend #109 for kids, as there is only a king bed and a pull-out sofa, but for a quick and relatively inexpensive getaway at a place with easy access to Publix and Flagler Avenue, this checks all the boxes.
