Beautiful beach condo on second floor. Free parking and convenient to beach and local shopping.

The unit was nicely decorated and furnished with all the amenities of home. It was wonderful being so close to the beach. Parking was free. The hotel is close to local shopping and restaurants as well. The washer and dryer was a bonus so we didn’t have to pack as much. We got to witness a rocket launch from cape Canaveral at sunrise on the beach. We needed help getting on internet since the information provided was wrong, but we got help for the new connection. We had to cut our stay short by 4 days due to hurricane Milton, but we will still pay for a full week. Unit is n the second floor so you will need to walk up steps to access the unit.

We loved the condo. it was beautifully decorated, had all the amenities. The owner thought of all the little things, that made our life so much easier. They even had beach toys and chairs for the kids. The pool was pristine. The views unbelievable!

What a perfect spot for a family beach getaway! The accommodations were perfect for our family of four. (2 adults and a child joined us for two nights, too and there was plenty of space!). It’s clean and newly redone with plenty of personal touches like a coffee bar, linens, kitchen supplies, and toys and games for the kiddos! The grounds and pool are well kept! The location is steps from the pool and you can see the beach from the balcony! It’s super convenient that there is a plaza with a DG market, ice cream shop, 2 good cafes and a liquor store all walking distance! We hope to return soon and highly recommend!

Avoiding winter weather

We had a great stay at this property. Perfect location on the beach. Fast response from management when the air conditioner would not work. Abundance of contents available for use by renters but a few items were missing that would have been nice for our long term stay. Missing top sheet for king bed, only one very small pan for cooking, no vacuum (broom was available but difficult to sweep up sand with broom on the tile floor), and uncomfortable chairs on balcony. Very pleased to have a washer/dryer in unit so that I did not have to go to the laundry. Everyone we met at this property was friendly, pleasant, and loving life.
